As a Doctor of Chiropractic with over 10 years of clinical experience, I am passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and achieve lasting improvements in their health and wellbeing. My approach combines evidence-based musculoskeletal care with a holistic understanding of the body's natural ability to heal and adapt.

I specialise in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Drawing on expertise in chiropractic care, rehabilitation, acupuncture, ultrasound assessment, and musculoskeletal medicine, I take the time to understand each patient's individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans designed to reduce pain, restore function, and improve quality of life.

Alongside my established clinical practice, I have undertaken advanced postgraduate training in musculoskeletal medicine, point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) and musculoskeletal injection therapy. These additional skills allow me to offer patients a broader range of evidence-based diagnostic and treatment options when clinically appropriate, integrating injection therapies within a comprehensive management plan to support recovery, improve function, and help patients achieve their goals.

I am also committed to ongoing professional development in areas such as integrative clinical hypnotherapy and mind-body health practice, recognising the important relationship between physical health, mental wellbeing, and recovery from pain.
